TEN SOLOS FOR PIANO is the second book in the CUSTOM MADE MUSIC SERIES. To ‘customize’ the music,
Ms. Reynolds worked with renowned Pianist/Teacher Teresa McCollough to compose a solo collection
of short intermediate to early-advanced pieces. She then selected teachers and students to ‘test’
the works for playability and enjoyment level. The result is a collection of ten solo piano pieces
that serve as excellent material for etudes as well as recitals and competitions. The book includes

| "CUSTOM MADE MUSIC: TWELVE PIECES FOR PIANO DUET" The Custom Made Music series was conceived while teaching piano to my students. As a composer and educator, I wanted to give my young musicians an opportunity to learn pieces written just for them, ones that would explore their unique personalities while giving them fun technical challenges to master. The result of this idea is this collection, custom made music duets. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did learning and playing them, and encourage you and your students to explore writing music for yourself. Thanks goes to all the students and teachers who helped in bringing these pieces to life.
